1 General Terms & Conditions
Jitaac (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "the Site") is an online gaming platform offering slots, Live Casino, fish games, bingo, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. Jitaac's terms and conditions have been drafted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between Jitaac and its users. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or playing any game, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using Jitaac.

2 Account Register

- Must be a resident of Bangladesh
- Must have a valid mobile number registered in your own name
- Must have an active mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket)
- Must not have been previously banned from Jitaac
2.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify Jitaac support immediately.
Jitaac reserves the right to verify the identity of every user. As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, a national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate may be requested.
Warning: If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are discovered, all accounts and their entire balances will be forfeited. No appeals will be accepted in such cases.
3 Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Policy
The minimum deposit on Jitaac is BDT 10. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are typically credited instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact support.
3.2 Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes. However, delays may occur in the following cases:
- If KYC verification is incomplete
- If the bonus wagering requirements are not met
- If a security check is required
- If suspicious activity is detected on an account
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
3.3 Transaction Limits

4 Bonuses & Promotions
Jitaac regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be read before acceptance.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit. A 30x wagering requirement typically applies. If the conditions are not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, it will be forfeited.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus can only be used once per account
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly
- Bonuses may not be applicable to certain games
- Jitaac reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted

5 Gaming Rules
All games on Jitaac are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and controlled by computer algorithms, with no human intervention.
Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game they play and placing bets accordingly. If a game is not completed due to a technical error or disconnection, the bet for that round may be refunded.
In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. In the event of a technical issue, the ruling of Jitaac's management will be binding.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jitaac:
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games
- Attempting to hack another user's account
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs (Bug Exploitation)
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses
- Harassing or threatening other players
- Registering with false information
- Using a third party's card or payment method
Consequence: Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure and full balance forfeiture. Legal action may be taken if necessary.
7 Account Closure and Suspension
Jitaac reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these terms and conditions
- KYC verification failure
- Suspicious Financial Activity
- If an account has been inactive for an extended period
- At the user's own request

9 Limitation of Liability
Jitaac will not be held liable for the following:
- Game loss due to internet disconnection
- Game interruptions caused by issues with the user's own device
- Delays or errors caused by third-party payment systems
- Loss resulting from a user storing their account credentials insecurely
- Service suspension or modification due to legal changes
In the event of a technical error, Jitaac's maximum liability is limited to a refund of the stake placed in the affected round. No additional compensation will be provided.
10 Responsible Gaming

11 Dispute Resolution
For any dispute, please contact Jitaac's customer support first. Our team will review your complaint within 72 hours and work to provide a resolution.
If a matter cannot be resolved through customer support, it will be referred to Jitaac's designated dispute resolution committee. The committee's decision shall be considered final.
